I have been so sore and exhausted and I’m sure it’s from training with you! I had the best time, I have never done a PT sesh in my life but it really was the most fun experience and I didn’t feel out of place at all, I’m so glad I was able to hang out with you and see what it’s all about! Feeling good!
I’m on the phone but just read the transcript to the check in and I’m crying again you are so special to me 😭 Your understanding and encouragement even with my less than ideal circumstances is honestly what gets me up and going every day! Movement doesn’t feel like punishment, it’s a reward and always done within my limits which is huge considering where we came from 🥺

I used to over eat or eat shit food and then think 'ah well I have stuffed up now' and continue to eat bad for days and then feel shit about it.... Now I have the self control to get straight back into tracking after a slip up :)
