My biggest lesson from your program

would have to be that consistency is the key to achieving my goals.

You helped me see that it is ok to have some slip ups and not feel bad about it, but also that I needed to get back on track asap.

I used to over eat or eat shit food and then think 'ah well I have stuffed up now' and continue to eat bad for days and then feel shit about it.... Now I have the self control to get straight back into tracking after a slip up :)

Hey, I’m Zara, the founder of Beyond Bodies.


I’ve been in your shoes—feeling trapped in a body I hated and struggling to figure out how to make peace with it. After years of dealing with eating disorders, binge eating, and anxiety, I discovered strength training, and it transformed my life in ways I never imagined.

Now, I’m passionate about helping women like you find that same empowerment. Through my coaching, we’ll focus on creating a balanced, sustainable approach that helps you not only achieve your goals but love your body in the process.
