Hey, I’m Zara, the founder of Beyond Bodies.
I’ve been in your shoes—feeling trapped in a body I hated and struggling to figure out how to make peace with it. After years of dealing with eating disorders, binge eating, and anxiety, I discovered strength training, and it transformed my life in ways I never imagined.
